"It's not something I just throw around," she laughed softly, reaching to
cover his hand with hers since he didn't seem keen on shaking.
"Pippa," she said. "Call me Pippa."
Not her true name. Not the name her mother gave her. But it was who she was
now, and a powerful enough name for her, at that.
"What's your name?" Pip asked then, very gently.
