Q opened one eye to look at her, then sighed as he let it close again.

"He was, despite his less than charming ways, a brilliant man," he admitted. "If he hadn't been so fixated on things I'm not at liberty to talk about, I'm not sure six would have caught him."

He looked thoughtful then, frowning slightly.

"Hard not to admire that somewhat."
