Willy paid, giving the cabbie nearly half the fare in tip. Money had little meaning to him, always able to create it when he needed it. But Will was quite aware that a heavy tip could change the entire outlook of a day for someone who worked hard and often dealt with belligerent people. He was always good to those who worked for a living.

"Do you want to wear our new clothes to dinner?" he asked on the way up.
