"Kind of," John murmured, more amused by the way he put things than embarrassed. "....The world's the way it is, right? But that's not the way it has to be. Thing is, to get from here to there - you need to pull to pieces all the crap that makes people think that's just the way it is. At it's best, that's all college does - teaches you how to pull apart bullshit, really. That's what I try and teach my kids, anyway."
