OTA: Robin in da club!

As much as Robin had enjoyed being in New York with Prometheus, he'd grown restless. And now that he was back in London, he realized how much this really did seem like his home now. He loved the city, he loved running the club. He even appreciated the friends that he had here, as much as he still attempted to keep them at arm's length.

Tonight, he made the rounds at Saturnalia dressed in an impeccable plum colored suit with a silver cashmere scarf hanging from his neck. He was already planning for a New Year's Eve party to celebrate the anniversary of that first "unofficial" opening of the club. Perhaps he could make it even better this time.

He was carrying a bottle of good champagne, still cold, and occasionally stopped those with empty glasses (of anything) and offered to refill them. Though now, he tipped his head back and poured some into his mouth before wiping it and looking pleased with himself.

Prometheus had been back in London a while now, and he knew he had to go and see Robin. The puck seemed to expect that of him, and Prometheus didn't have anything else on the table tonight anyway. A visit tonight might stop a quarrel should they bump into one another on the street anyway.

Looking just a bit bored, he roamed slowly through the club, pausing to admire a few of the prettier guests before finally spotting the puck- Drinking from a bottle. Hmm. Silently the titan simply watched, leaning lazily against the wall and sipping his red wine.

"Good might be an overstatement, but hello," the titan purred, watching the puck with curious eyes.

Prometheus held his gaze, then did something just a bit unlike himself. Or, rather, unlike any self he'd been in a while... He caught Robin by the hair, pulling hard as he leaned in close.

"Do you not know me, puck?" he asked, his voice level and calm despite his actions. "Hmm, and here I thought you were always so sharp," he tutted as he let go, smirking and leaning back against the wall again.

"I didn't come back for you," The titan replied, rolling his eyes at the puck as he pulled out his phone and pulled up a photo of the vase he was hoping to retrieve soon. "I came for this. I just knew if I didn't at least say hello, you'd sulk."

"Perhaps it'll soften once I've accomplished what I've come to do," the titan replied. "This is serious, Robin. I need this vase. I've been near it, near enough to confirm what I suspected. ...It's holding some of my power. Power that I'd like to have returned to me."

That actually hadn't occurred to him, but now that the puck had mentioned it...

"Of course," the titan purred. "I figure if anyone can pinch it, it's you, love."

"I heard a rumor that the owner of Saturnalia had returned, and the appropriate level of debauchery had been re-instated," observed a light, lazy voice from behind and slightly above Robin's ear. Felix waited there, looking mildly amused and expectant, a half-empty champagne glass held at perfect pouring height in his fingers.

"I'd say I'm better than usual, actually. Why do you ask?" he replied, his gaze just a touch too hard and focused.

Robin was certainly a sight for sore eyes. Felix didn't take his eyes off him even as his glass was refilled, though he did take a drink of the excellent champagne while also drinking in Robin. "I'm not sure. I tried it, once, while you were away. Not half as much fun as when you're here. I didn't get forced to my knees in a posh office even once."

Felix's mouth twitched faintly as he had a flash of that terrifying night of Halloween -- hallucination or reality, he still didn't know which -- and being held fast and bent by the sickeningly familiar weight of his former master. A day or two after that terror, he might have tried to talk about it, tell someone what had happened. Now...

The tightness around his eyes faded as Felix flashed a patented smile. "Nowhere half as comfortable. And yourself?"

"New York?" Felix nearly asked if that was where Robin was from, before he remembered that Robin was from the dawn of time. "I've never been," he said, because he'd never left the great island. He couldn't possibly.

"They don't have plush carpets in New York?" Felix asked, perfectly matching Robin's sweet tone from a moment before.

Felix decided to forget about Halloween in favor of a much more pleasant memory, sharing that knowing little smile with Robin. "For which I am eternally grateful. I would have been flayed alive if I'd gone home with unexplained abrasions." He lifted his glass in salute to Robin.

"So, are you going to regale me with your tales of conquering the boys and girls of the New World?"

Shannon had enjoyed the time Robin had been away, if only for the fact that he knew Felix couldn't see the club owner if he wasn't in the city. Some of his apprehension had returned with Robin's arrival, but it wasn't as pressing as it had been in the past.

"Celebrating your return?" he asked.
