OTA: Robin in da club!

As much as Robin had enjoyed being in New York with Prometheus, he'd grown restless. And now that he was back in London, he realized how much this really did seem like his home now. He loved the city, he loved running the club. He even appreciated the friends that he had here, as much as he still attempted to keep them at arm's length.

Tonight, he made the rounds at Saturnalia dressed in an impeccable plum colored suit with a silver cashmere scarf hanging from his neck. He was already planning for a New Year's Eve party to celebrate the anniversary of that first "unofficial" opening of the club. Perhaps he could make it even better this time.

He was carrying a bottle of good champagne, still cold, and occasionally stopped those with empty glasses (of anything) and offered to refill them. Though now, he tipped his head back and poured some into his mouth before wiping it and looking pleased with himself.

"I just need to know," Robin said after a long pause. "When you change like this - you could be anywhere on a spectrum from madly in love with me to wanting to cut my dick off, and it's just good for me to know where you are."

"Well, I'm always a bit mad, pet," the titan shrugged, not offering any sort of real answer. "So this vase, you think you can get it?" he pressed.

Robin looked slightly annoyed at that first answer. It wasn't as if he'd liked Prometheus being all... sentimental, but... well, he hadn't thought he liked it. But he didn't seem to like the absence of it either.

"Of course I can," he said. "I can steal anything."

"I'm not doubting, pet, just making sure. ...This is of great importance to me, Robin," he said calmly.

[goodfellow]

"I'll help you," said Robin after a moment. "Of course I'll help you."

"Lovely," the titan smiled. "And what do you ask as payment?"

[goodfellow]

Robin actually looked a little insulted. "Really?"

[pecked_by_birds]

"Work deserves reward," the titan shrugged, "It's not an offer I make often, Robin..."

"Fine, I want you to be my personal slave for a week," Robin said flatly.

[pecked_by_birds]

"Within reason, puck," the titan replied, a hint of warning in his tone.

[goodfellow]

"That's not reasonable?" Robin asked innocently. "You're welcome to counter."

[pecked_by_birds]

"A favour to be called upon when needed?" the titan suggested.

[goodfellow]

"Sure, whatever," said Robin, and tipped the champagne bottle to his lips again.
