"It's nice to meet you," she said, feeling a touch awkward as she accepted the invitation and took a seat. But Oberon made it easier. "And you too," she said to the cat, skritching him behind the ears.
"Is there such thing as a cat that isn't shameless?" Sunny asked with a slight arch to her eyebrow. "It's their world, we just rent space in it. Every so often they deign to mark us with their scent and leave us dead things because we're so bad at killing our own food."
"Thankfully Oberon is too lazy to try and kill anything. Now our other cat,
Titania, would kill something if anything made its way into the flat," Q
chuckled.

Oberon had a belly full of fishes though, and simply started to rumble to himself.
